We, Commercial Superstar.com, reserve the right to not purchase a commercial during the Super Bowl if we are unable to due to costs, communication, timing, or any other unforeseen problems. If this is the case, there will be no sweepstakes. By contributing to this website, the user accepts that we may not be able to purchase a commercial during the Super Bowl due to potential unforeseen circumstances and agrees that he or she will still forfeit the money to Commercial Superstar.com whether a commercial is ultimately purchased or not. In the event that a commercial cannot be purchased, the money contributed by the users of this site will be donated to a charitable organization(s) which will be announced prior to any transferring of funds from Commercial Superstar.com to those charitable organization(s). By contributing money to this site, the user is acknowledging and accepting these terms and conditions. 

In return for contributions to this site, contributors will receive one entry for every $100 contributed to our drawing to be featured in a commercial which will air during the Super Bowl. In addition, each contributor who includes an "Organization Name" will be listed on the "Sponsors" page at commercialsuperstar.com. Each contributor who includes an "Organization Link" will have their listing on the "Sponsors" page at commercialsuperstar.com linked to their supplied web address. The contributors who contribute the largest amounts of money will regularly be added to the list of sponsors on the other pages of commercialsuperstar.com. The highest contributors will receive the placements receiving the largest amounts of traffic.

No purchase is necessary to participate in this sweepstakes. This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the continental United States except where prohibited. This sweepstakes is open only to those 13 years of age and up.

If commercialsuperstar.com raises enough money in contributions to purchase an advertisement that will air during the Super Bowl, there will be two drawings held. One drawing will select one organization or individual from a pool of all contributors to commercialsuperstar.com. A contributor is defined as "one who contributes at least $100 to commercialsuperstar.com." The second drawing will select one individual from the sweepstakes open to all citizens of the continental United States as per the terms above. There is no purchase necessary to participate in this sweepstakes. The commercial which will air during the Super Bowl, if enough funds are contributed to commercialsuperstar.com, will then feature both the winner of the first "contributor" drawing and the winner of the second "free" drawing.
